Extreme Programming (XP)
Thursday, April 21, 2005
Abstract
Extreme Programming (XP) was officially launched in 2000, but five
years later there is still much discussion on how XP is applied to working
teams. XP is one of many Agile software development processes which
places strong emphasis on iterative software development and close collaboration
between software developers and business users. Carlton Nettleton will
lead a discussion on what defines XP and how XP can reduce risk in software
projects.
